  • Cracked or broken window panes replaced

  • Front door hardware and doorbell in good working order

  • Spring & Summer - Lawn is cut and raked, hedges and shrubs trimmed, gardens weeded and edged 

  • Fall - Leaves are raked, decks and patios cleared of all leaves and debris 

  • Winter - Snow and ice to be cleared and walkways sanded or salted
